Learn three simple somatic programs for relaxation - focusing on fluidity, mobility and balance. These practices are easy to do at home and require little space. The content of this particular course offers a unique body-mind practice that utilises a blend of Somatic movement, Body Connectivities, Jin Shin Meridien Therapy, Eutony and Bartenieff fundamentals to create more balance, harmony and awareness within the body. Practices are simple and designed to be suitable for anyone to do. The concepts behind each program are described, the program is provided in a clear video clip format, and notes and diagrams are provided for ease and clarity.

The course starts 3rd April 2019 and after enrolling, it will always be available to you - you'll have unlimited access to all the programs. It incorporates some simple stretches, flowing sequences and dance-like movement, yet it is completely fine for non-dancers too. No experience is required.

Keti’s Somatic and musical approach to encourages mindful movement for wellbeing. Her teachings offer helpful ways to access innate body wisdom to balance body and mind. This new program merges her experience as a dance teacher, group fitness instructor, Knoff Yoga teacher training, and Jin Shin Jyustu meridian therapy with specific Somatics studies in the USA at UNCG, Springfield College, MA and the Laban-Bartenieff Institute in New York.
