How to listen to, dance with, and embody live Egyptian music and rhythms
For decades, Keti has studied Egyptian music and worked with live music in Egypt as well as produced many music. CDs for belly dances with talented musicians. One of her key areas of research is psychoacoustics and the relationship between music and movement in terms of dynamic energetic qualities. These workshops and classes feature live music and focus on ways of somatically sensing the musical landscape in a variety of genres for bellydancing and folkloric arts.
