About this workshop

About the Classical Egyptian Raqs Sharqi Workshop

Join Keti at her studio for a beautiful 2 hour workshop featuring two Raqs Sharqi orchestral recorded live in Cairo. The pieces, originally composed for Om Kolthsoum are Lessa faker and Enta Omri. You will receive footage of the musicians playing the pieces, Keti's original live MP3 tracks and detailed notes to help you find the musical instrumentation and from there, create your own responsive dance!

Suitable for int/adv bellydancers, this experience helps you find depth, feeling and heightened musical response to enhance your technique and artistry.
